Call Medtronic at 1-800-646-4633 to cancel all recurring supply orders for infusion sets, reservoirs, and CGM sensors. Supplies will continue shipping and billing if not cancelled.

Export CareLink data
Download all pump and CGM data from the Medtronic CareLink platform before closing the account. This diabetes management data may inform family health history.
Close account
After supplies are cancelled and data is exported, close the Medtronic online account and CareLink profile.
