Log in to homeagain.com and update the owner name, phone number, and address to the new pet guardian. Do NOT let the registration lapse — this is how lost pets get returned.
Renew membership if expiring soon
HomeAgain offers annual memberships. Make sure the registration stays active under the new guardian's name.
Record the microchip number
Save the microchip number for the new guardian's records and share it with their vet.
