Access the iPhone
Unlock the deceased's iPhone using the passcode. If the passcode is unknown, contact Apple Support with a death certificate and proof of legal authority for device access.

Export all health data
Open the Health app, tap the profile icon, scroll down, and tap "Export All Health Data." This creates a ZIP file containing all health records, fitness data, and medical information.
Save connected health records
If the deceased connected hospital or clinic records through Apple Health, ensure those records are included in the export. Family members may need this medical history.
Transfer export file
Send the exported health data file to a secure location (email, AirDrop, or cloud storage) before the device is wiped or returned.

- Any Medical ID information configured
