Log in to the Zego payment portal and update the payment method to a surviving family member\u2019s account.
Contact property management
Notify the property management company of the passing and provide a death certificate. Request lease transfer or amendment.
Document lease end date
Record the lease expiration date and any applicable early termination clauses.
