Transfer autopay to surviving family
Log in to ClickPay and update the payment source. If unable to access, contact the property manager to arrange payment continuation.
Contact property management
Notify the property management company with a death certificate. Request that a surviving tenant or executor be recognized on the lease.
Document lease end date
Record the lease expiration date and review early termination or move-out provisions.
