Check the Bilt Rewards balance and redeem points for travel, statement credits, or transfer to partner programs before closing the account.
Contact property management
Notify the landlord or property management company of the passing. Provide a death certificate and arrange lease transfer.
Document lease end date
Record the lease expiration date and any early termination options.
