Check all account balances

Relay supports multiple checking accounts for different purposes (e.g., operations, taxes, payroll). Log in and note balances across all sub-accounts.

Freeze unnecessary debit cards

Review active debit cards under Cards. Freeze any that are not essential for ongoing business operations.

Add an authorized user

Go to Settings → Team to add a trusted person. Relay supports different permission levels — grant appropriate access for business continuity.

Review automatic transfers and payments

Check for scheduled transfers between sub-accounts, automatic bill payments, and any connected accounting software (Relay integrates with QBO and Xero).

Export statements and transaction data

Download bank statements for all accounts and export transaction history. Share with the accountant for tax preparation and estate records.
