Revoke remote access immediately
Remove authorized users from MyChevrolet to prevent remote start, lock/unlock, and vehicle tracking.

Cancel connected services
Cancel Wi-Fi hotspot, connected navigation, and any other paid connected services subscriptions.
Coordinate with OnStar cancellation
MyChevrolet and OnStar accounts are linked. Ensure both are addressed — see the OnStar guide for OnStar-specific steps.
Transfer when vehicle title transfers
Contact Chevrolet to transfer the account to the new vehicle owner after the legal title transfer is complete.
