Log into the Rover account and check for upcoming bookings. Pet owners need to be notified immediately so they can find alternative care for their animals.

Claim pending earnings
Contact Rover support to claim any pending earnings in the account. Provide death certificate and estate documentation.
Deactivate the sitter profile
Request that Rover deactivate the profile to prevent new booking requests.
