Claim balance and transponder deposit
Request a refund of the prepaid balance and transponder deposit by contacting the Bay Area FasTrak customer service center.
Return transponder
Return the FasTrak transponder to receive the deposit refund. Mail it to the service center or return in person.
Settle tolls and close account
Pay any outstanding tolls and close the FasTrak account.
