Export WordPress sites

Use WP Engine backup points to download full site backups (files + database). Sites → Backup Points → Download. Do this before any account changes.

Transfer sites to another host

WP Engine supports site migration. Use the WP Engine migration plugin or manual export to move sites to another WordPress host.

Add account users

Users → Add User. Add a trusted person with Full access to manage sites and billing.

Cancel plan or contact support

Cancel the hosting plan to stop charges. Contact WP Engine support for estate account procedures.
