Document all sending domains and API keys
List all authenticated sending domains and API keys. Applications using these keys will stop sending email if the account is closed.
Export email templates and contact lists
Download all email templates and marketing contact lists. Marketing → Contacts → Export. Templates can be exported via the API.
Add teammates
Settings → Teammates → Add Teammate. Add a trusted person with Admin access to manage the account.
Downgrade or cancel plan
Downgrade to the free tier (100 emails/day) or cancel. Contact SendGrid support for account transfer.
