Export email templates
Download all email templates from each server. Templates → Export. These are needed to migrate to another provider.
Add account users
Account → Users → Invite User. Add a trusted person with Admin access to manage servers and billing.
Downgrade or cancel account
Contact Postmark support for plan changes or estate account closure procedures.
