Review data ingest and billing

Check Administration → Account management for current billing. New Relic charges by data ingest volume and full platform users.

Remove agents from applications

Uninstall New Relic agents from monitored applications to stop data ingest charges. Check APM, Infrastructure, and Browser agents.

Add account administrators

Administration → User management → Add users. Add a trusted person as Admin if monitoring needs to continue.

Downgrade or cancel account

Downgrade to the free tier (100GB/month data ingest) or contact New Relic support to cancel.
