Document all feature flags
List all feature flags, their current states (on/off), and targeting rules. Applications may behave unexpectedly if the flag service becomes unavailable.
Export flag configurations
Use the LaunchDarkly API to export all flag configurations, segments, and environments. This data is needed to recreate flags elsewhere.
Add team members
Account Settings → Members → Invite. Add a trusted person with Admin role to manage flags and billing.
Contact LaunchDarkly to cancel
Contact LaunchDarkly support for estate account transfer or cancellation. Some plans have annual commitments.
