Download all media assets
Use the Cloudinary API or Media Library to download all hosted images and videos. Apps serving media through Cloudinary URLs will break on closure.
Document API credentials
Note the Cloud Name, API Key, and API Secret locations. All applications using Cloudinary depend on these credentials.
Add sub-users or transfer
Settings → Users → Add User. Add a trusted person with Admin access to manage media and billing.
Downgrade or cancel plan
Downgrade to the free tier (25 credits/month) or cancel. Contact Cloudinary support for estate procedures.
