Check for paid newsletter and product revenue
Log into ConvertKit and check Earn → Overview. If paid newsletters or digital products are active, they are generating recurring revenue. This is income the estate is entitled to.

Add a team member
Go to Settings → Team → Invite Team Member. Grant admin access to a trusted person who can manage the account and subscriber communications.

Review active automations
Check Automations for running email sequences and rules. These may include welcome sequences, product launch sequences, and paid subscriber onboarding.

Export the full subscriber list
Go to Subscribers → Export. Download the complete subscriber list with tags and custom fields. This is a backup — the list is most valuable inside the platform.

Verify payout settings
If paid newsletters or products are active, check Earn → Payouts to verify the connected Stripe account and bank details for receiving revenue.

Document Now Checklist
- ConvertKit / Kit login email and password
- Creator/account name
- Number of subscribers
- Whether paid newsletter is active (price and subscriber count)
- Digital products sold through ConvertKit
- Connected Stripe account for payouts
