Revoke remote access
Remove all authorized users from BMW ConnectedDrive to prevent remote lock/unlock, climate control, and vehicle tracking.
Warning: BMW ConnectedDrive allows full remote vehicle control including unlock and engine start.
Cancel digital services subscriptions
Cancel all paid BMW digital services including Remote Services, ConnectedDrive Services, and any feature-on-demand subscriptions.
Disable vehicle location tracking
Turn off real-time vehicle tracking and location sharing to protect privacy during the estate process.
Transfer account to new owner
Contact BMW to transfer the ConnectedDrive account when the vehicle title transfers. Some features may require a dealer visit.
