Log into eBay Seller Hub. Check Active Listings for running auctions and Orders → Awaiting Shipment for items that need to be shipped. Unfulfilled orders will result in defects.

Go to Payments → Summary to see the current balance and payout schedule. Ensure the connected bank account is accessible for payouts.

Fulfill or cancel pending orders
